Follow the steps below to install Garbaruk RD cage on SRAM 11/12-speed rear mech
Tools you will need
In order to install Garbaruk RD cage seamlessly, you will need the following tools:
3mm Allen key
2mm Allen key
STEP 3: Unmount the derailleur cage
Disable the cage lock and decompress the clutch spring by rotating the cage counter-clockwise
Unscrew the derailleur cage bolt. After that the cage can be removed
STEP 5: Prepare Garbaruk RD cage for installation
Unscrew the cage bolts as shown on the picture below
Install the derailleur pulleys
Tighten the derailleur pulleys and cage bolts
STEP 6: Install Garbaruk RD cage
Turn the cage clockwise by 1 turn and enable the cage lock
Tighten the cage set bolt (lower picture is applicable for 12-speed derailleurs, upper one for 11-speed derailleurs)
